PeachessTerms of Use
Website PDF guides
The 54-page workout PDF is free. The Peachess Cookbook is a 223-page digital PDF with 100 recipes, sold through Gumroad for $19.99 USD as a one-time purchase. Applicable taxes and local currency are shown at checkout. No printed book, app access or recurring subscription is included.
Gumroad handles payment and download delivery. Review the product and checkout information before paying. For download problems or refund requests, use the seller contact on your Gumroad receipt; do not send payment-card information.
The guides are educational and not individualized medical or nutrition advice. The workout plan is editorial and untested. Cookbook nutrition figures are estimates, the recipes are not kitchen-tested, and the food photos are AI-generated illustrations. The PDFs have a fixed layout and may need zooming on a phone.
The app-specific terms below are separate from these PDF purchases.
These terms apply when you use the Peachess iOS app.
Training information, not medical care
Peachess provides general fitness programming and logging tools. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or individualized professional coaching. Results are not guaranteed.
Use controlled technique and a manageable load. Stop exercising and seek appropriate professional help if you experience sharp pain, chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before training if you are injured, pregnant, recently postpartum, or have a health condition that may affect exercise.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing exercises, equipment, loads, and environments that are appropriate for you. Follow equipment instructions and train in a clear, stable space.
Peachess Pro
Completing onboarding does not unlock a free workout. An active Peachess Pro subscription is required before any guided workout can begin.
Subscription products, prices, and billing periods are displayed by Apple in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in App Store account settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the app or its bundled training content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability
The app may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Peachess is provided without a promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
